Ladies' Night Out

Wow! We had a great time tonight at Ladies' Night Out! Thanks so much to everyone that sold tickets and worked so hard to make this night possible! And we have to send out a special thank you to our men that helped set up, serve, babysit, and clean up tonight.

This was our 7th Annual Ladies' Night Out. Our WAC President, Janet Nichols, did an excellent job of organizing everything (as she always does! Thanks Mrs. Janet!). She arranged for The B-Team Angels from Arab, Alabama to come minister to us.

The B-Team Angels are a volunteer group of Christian women who serve their community in many ways. Their main purpose is to spread joy, happiness, laughter and love through Jesus Christ. We had almost 200 ladies attend for worship and fellowship. Praise the Lord!

"You can't sing in a pig pen." Check out the story of the prodigal son in Luke 15:11-32. When we're at our lowest point (the "pig pen") we can't effectively share Jesus with others, but Jesus is like that father, just waiting to welcome us back home!
